Hat Sizing.

Each hat is sized by Erin hands in Ventura, CA. That being said, minor differences in sizing will occur. I will do my best to measure and note the exact size of each hat. If you are local to Ventura County, you can put a deposit down to meet up and try on the piece in person to ensure a solid fit.

Extra Small: 53.5cm - 21.1inch - 6 3/4
Small: 55cm - 21.6inch - 6 7/8
Medium: 57cm - 22.4inch - 7 1/8
Large: 59cm - 23.2inch - 7 3/8
Extra Large: 61cm -24.0inch - 7 3/4

Hat Care.

Each hat is created to be similar from one size to the next, but character and minor differences are the human touch provided by a bespoke crafted hat. Normal wear from adventures are expected, but here are some tips

Tips from EB:

+ Your hat can handle a little bit of water, but try and keep them dry
+ Your hat sits best on flat surfaces or hanging on a wall
+If you get a stain, or smudge, let it dry before you attempt to get off. Dabbing motions vs. rubbing with a little bit of dawn soap. If your hat is distressed, please contact.

Materials.

Each EB Hat is handmade with high quality material sourced from the Ukraine. Each hat begins with 100% rabbit fur felt bases, in turn, creating a long lasting piece to take you on all life’s adventures. Alternative material bases can be sourced (beaver, mink, etc.) for custom orders.

Order Information.

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance. 

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order. Gift Cards and coupons can be applied, but an order cannot be split into multiple payment forms.

Orders placed are subject to applicable state, local, and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed. 

If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section. Custom hat orders cannot be canceled. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
